The Handpiece is a Hand Control Single Function Malleable with 10’ (3.05m) Cord and allows the use of Monopolar ABC Coagulation Only.

Bend A Beam ABC Handpiece blows blood away from the bleeding surface, allowing electrosurgical energy to be directly applied to the target tissue, and thereby, reducing the potential for floating eschar. The thinner, more pliable eschar is evenly applied causing less tissue damage than conventional electrosurgical. This application has attributed to rapid hemostasis, reductions in blood loss, surgical time and surgical plume.

Expiration dates have mostly to do with sterilization and not the integrity of the product. The manufacturers sterilize the products after they are packaged and it lasts so many years. The only products we caution customers about are ones that are absorbable or drug coated.
