The Stryker 5.5mm Peek Zip Anchor is fully cannulated and features a trocar-tip inserter to distribute insertion torque along the length of the implant. No tap is needed.
The cannulation of the anchor provides a direct channel from the bone marrow to the rotator cuff. The PEEK Zip Anchor is designed with independent suture eyelets, which are designed to separate each strand of the Force Fiber working suture for easier suture management.

Expiration dates have mostly to do with sterilization and not the integrity of the product. The manufacturers sterilize the products after they are packaged and it lasts so many years. The only products we caution customers about are ones that are absorbable or drug coated.
