The IFlow P400X4D OnQ Pump is a non-narcotic elastomeric pump that automatically and continuously delivers a regulated flow of local anesthetic to a patient’s surgical site or in close proximity to nerves, providing targeted pain relief for up to five days. It contains a variable rate controller that enables the flow rate to be changed according to patients’ individual pain relief requirements.
Your IFlow P400X4D OnQ Pump will continuously deliver a local anesthetic medication to block the pain in the area of your procedure.
As the medication is delivered, the pump ball will gradually become smaller. Because the pump delivers the medication very slowly, it’s not uncommon for it to take up to 24 hours before you’ll notice a change in the size and look of the pump

Expiration dates have mostly to do with sterilization and not the integrity of the product. The manufacturers sterilize the products after they are packaged and it lasts so many years. The only products we caution customers about are ones that are absorbable or drug coated.
