The Barrx™ channel RFA endoscopic catheter offers the same capabilities as the widely accepted balloon and focal catheters. It delivers controlled depth of ablation for Barrett’s esophagus and other bleeding and nonbleeding conditions of the GI tract.2,3
For Barrett’s esophagus, the Barrx™ channel RFA endoscopic catheter works through the channel of the endoscope to target focal areas of disease. The proper treatment protocol is: dual ablation, debridement of coagulum, repeat dual ablation (2x-clean-2x).
