Codman Accu-Flo Distal Slit Valve Barium Catheter 82-1301 are made of silicone tubing,1.3mm I.D. x 2.5mm O.D. Each catheter has a rounded x-ray detectable tantalum tip. The slit valves in CODMAN’s distal valve catheters are 90° apart,and are precisely cut to achieve more consistent closing pressures.
The pressure of each valve catheter is tested before it is packaged. The dots on each valve catheter indicate the pressure.
In Perfect sealed condition but past expiration date. Not for human use in the US.
Expiration dates have mostly to do with sterilization and not the integrity of the product. The manufacturers sterilize the products after they are packaged and it lasts so many years. The only products we caution customers about are ones that are absorbable or drug coated.
