AMS 720093-01 Elevate System is a minimally invasive, comprehensive solution that provides Level I and Level II support to treat anterior and apical defects. Elevate utilizes self-fixating tips that allow for safe, simple and precise mesh placement in the sacrospinous ligament and the obturator internus muscle through a single vaginal incision.

The Elevate System is designed to provide a safe and simple placement in sacrospinous ligament and obturator internus muscle with minimal blind needle passages and proven implant pathways. System allows for easy mesh adjustability and incorporates proven fixation technology.
In Perfect sealed condition but but past expiration date. Not for human use in the US.
Expiration dates have mostly to do with sterilization and not the integrity of the product. The manufacturers sterilize the products after they are packaged and it lasts so many years. The only products we caution customers about are ones that are absorbable or drug coated.
There is a $125 minimum order due to the cost of shipping. You can add items from different specialties it just needs to be $125 or more in order to complete the transaction.
